TWO TRAGIC LOSSES

Over recent months Ferndale has been rocked by the news of the death of two dear friends.
First, Cassia, the wife of Kryzyzstof Osiecki, our Polish partner died of leukemia. She was in her forties and leaves Chris and four children. Then, after an emergency operation, Lydia, wife of Joseph Paul who, together, ran the El Shadai Orphanage in Chennai, and just thirty-five, passed away a few weeks ago. Cassia was a dear friend, especially of Anne Dray and Joseph and Lydia have often visited Ferndale. She leaves a daughter, Becky, aged 6. Our thoughts and prayers continue with both families.
