Salvation is Free: Discipleship is Costly
Divakaran was in England to promote knowledge among the English Church of the sufferings of Christians in Orissa, north east India. His main meeting was at Westminster Chapel on Thursday, but Gold Club, a special news and prayer meeting for local churches on Saturday and preaching at Ferndale’s morning service were among his other commitments.
Stephen commented, ‘Throughout his messages a common theme emerged: Jesus’ salvation is free to all who seek him… but discipleship costs all that we are. Such may not be a popular message today: but it needs to be heard. The Christian Gospel is not one with which to trifle.’

It was a privilidge to meet Divakaran and Anand. Praise God for His work in India and the testimionies of people there who are literally having to ‘count all things’ loss for the sake of the Gospel. Let’s keep praying!
