Found Among the Papers

The following extract was found in the back of one of the late Alf Willmore's Bibles. It is part of a sermon he preached in the mid 1980's. It remains relevant today.
He comments the ‘biggest challenge’ and prayer for Ferndale is that ‘through all that goes on here at Ferndale week after week, boys and girls, young people and men and women may find the meaning of life in Jesus Christ: that they may not just be glad to find us at work here and to find friendship here, but that they may truly commit their lives to the friendship of Jesus; that they will not only want to be with us but they will ask Jesus to walk with them.’
