Compassion India

Ferndale was delighted to welcome back Chacko and Elizabeth Thomas from Pune in India this week: not least to hear of the way in which the LORD answered prayers after Chacko was found to require open-heart surgery some months ago.

Chaco and Elizabeth are currently involved in reaching under-privileged children, the elderly and AIDS victims. They currently run a home for nearly 20 orphans and have plans to extend their project (funds permitting) to include 100 children.

Ron Wright noted, ‘The visit of Chacko and Elizabeth are noe of a netwrok of links with beleivers in India that we cherish at Ferndale. We are delighted with the bonds of fellowship and prayer that unite us.’

How brave of Chacko to come so soon after his major operation. Great to hear about what they are doing!
