A wet end to an encouraging year
Posted on 12 July 2007
Ferndale Girls’ Brigade celebrated the end of their year with a barbeque and a water fight!
Stephen, minister of Ferndale, commented, ‘It has been an encouraging year, with increased numbers of girls, many from broken homes. Linda, Sarah, Sue and Melanie are to be thanked for the hours they have put into the brigade over the last year which has made it such a success. I would also like to thank Rhoda who, for family reasons, has recently had to relinquish her responsibilities… very reluctantly.’
