How to find us
How to find main Ferndale site:
Both Ferndale sites are located in the Southchurch district of Southend. They are both within walking distance of the town centre, as well as Southend Victoria and Southend East railway stations. Please click on the maps for more details.
Directions by Road
Most visitors will enter Southend by the main road, the A127. Continue down this road for several miles until you go past Topps Tiles (on your left). Then you reach a roundabout which has immediately by it St John Fisher’s Catholic Church (it has a pointy spire). At this roundabout take the second onto Priory Crescent, the A1159 (signposted Shoebury). Go straight over the next two roundabouts on this road (still signposted Shoebury). Just past Cecil Jones College at the third roundabout (which has a McDonalds on the right) take the 3rd exit onto Hamstel Road (signposted Southchurch). On this road, just after a small dual carriage way section there is a sign to ‘Ferndale Baptist Church’ which points down North Avenue on your right. Take note; North Avenue is a one way street. Drive down North Avenue for about half a mile until you reach the church on your right.
Parking
There is normally plenty of parking on North Avenue, and a small car park at the rear of the church (accessed through Ferndale Road).
